Die Wohung wurde in unrenoviertem Zustand übernommen. Deshalb wurde auhc keine Kaution hinterlegt. Auf eigene Kosten wurden in Flur & Wohnzimmer (größeres des beiden Zimmer ca. 20 qm) dunkelgraues Laminat verlegt. Da die Wohung auch noch nicht mal 1 Jahr bewohnt wurde ist der neuverlegte Boden auch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Für diesen neuen Boden sind die Abschlagszhalungen von 380 Euro, wobei man da auch noch drüber reden kann.
In 5 min erreicht man zu Fuß die Straßenbahnlinie 6. Ansonsten ist ebenfalls ins 5-7 min Entfernung ein Kaufland mit Bäckerfiliale und Poststation gelegen. Das Einrichtungshaus POCO liegt dirket auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Ein kleines Stück weiter ist noch ein BAUHAUS. Mit dem Fahrad ist man in 10-15 min in der Uni.
