Zwischen dem 8.9.2023 und dem 24.11. (es besteht eine gewisse Toleranz) freuen wir uns die voll möblierte zwei Zimmer Wohnung (ca. 55 qm) aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthalts zeitweise zu vermieten. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und einer großen Wohnküche ebenfalls mit Balkon und Blick in den Garten, sowie Bad und Flur.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet: Komplette Küchenausstattung, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, etc. –sie ist perfekt für eine Person oder ein Paar geeignet, die gerade nach Hannover ziehen und von hier aus weitersuchen oder erstmal ankommen möchten.

Es gibt ...
- ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Fernseher, einem kleinen Schreibtisch mit 24”-Monitor und Esstisch sowie einen großen Balkon mit Tisch (nach Osten),
- eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine,
- ein Schlafzimmer mit einklappbarem Schreibtisch mit 24” Monitor, King-Size Bett und Kleiderschrank und einem großen Balkon mit Sitzbank (nach Westen)
- ein kleines Bad mit Duschbadewanne

Die Nebenkosten, Strom, Heiz- sowie Warmwasserkosten und Internet sind in der Miete von 1100€ bereits enthalten.

Die Hegelstraße liegt in Hannovers Stadtteil Kleefeld und wunderbar gelegen: In den riesigen Stadtwald Eilenriede, zum Bäcker und Supermarkt sind es jeweils ca. 200 m. Zwei Straßenbahnlinien (4 und 5) fahren direkt in die Stadt (Fahrzeit 7 min). Die Anbindung per Auto ist perfekt: In paar Minuten ist man auf dem Messeschnellweg und von da aus schnell überall.

Between 8.9.2023 and 24.11 (there is some tolerance) we are pleased to temporarily rent the fully furnished two room apartment (aprox. 55 sqm) due to a stay abroad. The apartment has one bedroom with balcony and a large living room/kitchen space also with balcony and view to the garden, as well as bathroom and a small hallway.

The apartment is fully equipped: complete kitchen equipment, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. It is perfect for a person or a couple who are just moving to Hanover and want to continue looking from here or arrive for the time being.

There is ...

- a living room with sofa, TV and dining table and a balcony with table (facing east), a small desk with 24" monitor ,

- a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine,

- a bedroom with a fold-away desk with 24" monitor, king-size bed and closet, and a balcony with a bench (facing west)

- a small bathroom with shower bath

Utilities, electricity, heating as well as hot water costs and internet are already included in the rent.

The appartment is located in Hannover's district Kleefeld and wonderfully situated: To the huge city forest Eilride, to the bakery and supermarket it is about 200 m each. Two streetcar lines (4 and 5) go directly into the city (travel time 7 min). The connection by car is perfect: In a few minutes you are on the Messeschnellweg and from there quickly everywhere.
