Da ich von Anfang Mai bis Ende Oktober im Ausland sein werde, stelle ich während dieser Zeit meine möbilierte 2-Zimmerwohnung (WZ, SZ, Küche, Duschbad, Balkon, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Trockner im Keller können gerne genutzt werden) in Linden-Mitte zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung.
Due to a stay abroad from the beginning of May until the end of Octobre I am offering my furnitured two-room-flat in Hannover-Linden during that period. The flat contains a living room, a sleeping room, kitchen, bath, washing machine, a dish washer and a dryer in the cellar.

an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Gute Verbindung zur Uni (etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Bus)und in die Innenstadt (sieben Minuten mit der Bahn).
The flat is in Hannover-Linden, nice location, excellent connection to public transportation that takes you to the city center and to the university in only a few minutes.
In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich diverse gemütliche Cafés und Bars, sowie gut zu Fuß zu erreichende Locations zum Feiern.
Mit einem Fußmarsch von wenigen Minuten erreichst du schöne Grünflächen am Fluss oder in den Herrenhäuser Gärten.
Near this flat are several nice cafés, bars and clubs to chill out or to enjoy lots of party nights. By a walk of a few minutes you will reach nice chillout spots at the riverside and inside the Herrenhäuser Gärten.
