es sind 2 Zimmer mit ca 18-22 m² und ein Zimmer mit 13m²
Küche ist dabei sowie eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
Dieser verleihe ich. Ich bitte darum mit eine funktionierendes Gerät später wieder zurück zu geben.
Daher bitte regelmässig die Maschine entkalken und gut behandeln.
Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist im 4,5 Stockwerk.
Die Heizkosten habe ich verdoppelt. Daher liegen die Nebenkosten jetzt bei 350 Euro.
Aufgrund der Ukraine, denke ich , ist es besser mit viel höhrem zu kalkulieren um eine böse Nachrechnung zu vermeiden.
