I'm looking for a mature, responsible person (professionals/PhD students etc) who will take good care of the flat and furniture. The flat is ideal for a single or couple, no flatshare (WG). The neighbours are lovely and it's a quiet house.
Die Lage ist perfekt mitten im idyllischen Stadtteil Linden-Mitte in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße mit traumhafter Altbauarchitektur. Zum Lindener Marktplatz und zur trubeligen Limmerstraße sind es 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort finden sich Supermärkte (Rewe, Edeka, Denn's) und Bäcker sowie Cafés, Bars und Restaurants und Boutiquen. Zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt sind es 9 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn und ca 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

The flat is ideally located in a quiet street with beautiful turn-of-the-century architecture in Linden Mitte. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to Lindener Marktplatz and to Limmerstraße, where you’ll find supermarkets (Rewe, Edeka, Denn’s), bakeries, cafes, independent shops, restaurants and bars. The tram stop is around the corner. A tram ride of 9 minutes (or approx. 15 minutes by bike) will take you to the main station and city centre.
