Ich suche für die Wohnung einen Nachmieter zum 1.2., eventuell auch schon früher, da ich nach Hamburg umziehe, allerdings noch keine Wohnung dort gefunden hab.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Zimmer und ein halbes Zimmer, das wir bisher als Gäste-/Arbeitszimmer genutzt haben. Da die Wohnung direkt unter dem Dach liegt, gibt es in einigen Zimmern Dachschrägen. Kücheneinrichtung stellt die Hausverwaltung NICHT zur Verfügung, muss also selbst mitgebracht werden. Vor ca. 1,5 Jahren wurde die Wohnung komplett neu gestrichen und neuer Teppich verlegt. Betriebs- und Heizkostenvorschuss beträgt insgesamt 200 Euro/Monat, bisher habe ich allerdings immer Geld zurück erhalten.
In der Nähe befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Netto, Rewe) und die nächste Bahnstation "Stadionbrücke" ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
