Suche nette/n Nachmieter-/in für eine schöne, helle und zentral gelegene Wohnung. Ein schöner großer Balkon, sowie eine Einbauküche sind vorhanden. Für die Lage, ist die Wohnung echt preiswert. Denn zu Fuß ist man innerh. von 3 min am U-Bahnhof. Von dort fahren mehrere Linien zur Innenstadt (Fahrzeit: 8min.). Lebensmittelladen, Drogerie, Bäcker, Kiosk, liegen alle in Fußweite. Die Wohnung ist auch für eine 2-Wg gut geeignet (haben dort auch zu 2 gewohnt). Meldet euch!!!!
Ihr könnt euch die Wohnung gerne dieses Wochenende (28.-30.05.09) anschauen, denn dann bin ich in Hannover. Meldet euch einfach per Telefon bei mir. Gerne auch kurzfristig!
