List: MODERNE 3-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete/Modern Apartment

Da ich für 2 Monate weg bin, vermiete ich meine sehr schöne, volleingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage in der List. Es könnte aber auch sein, dass ich länger weg sein werde, daher könntest du vielleicht auch länger wohnen bleiben. Die Wohnung is verfügbar ab dem 01.06.2024. Es ist ziemlich kurzfristig, von daher wenn du es liest kann sein, dass die Wohnung noch frei ist, deshalb zögere nicht und ruf an oder schreib jeder Zeit via What's app.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 60 qm groß, hell und sehr zentral. Sogar der Hauptbahnhof ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man zum angenehmen Wohnen braucht wie eine komplette Einbauküche, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine (Geschirr und Besteck und aller Art von Cocktailgläsern sind reichlich vorhanden) und ein neues Bad mit Dusche.
Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem großen Schwebetürenkleiderschrank. Du kannst sogar im Bett frühstücken, da das Bett einen Tisch mit Rollen hat. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen großen Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen, ein großes Sofa, einen massiven Couchtisch, und einen Flatscreen. Daneben gibt es noch ein Arbeitszimmer, das auch voll ausgestattet ist, und und und… kurz gesagt: alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden - du musst nur noch deine Kleidung mitbringen ;)

I am going to be gone for 2 months, it could be even longer, just not sure as of now, so there's a possibility to extend. That is why I would like to rent from the 01.06.2024 my very nice, fully furnished apartment in a prime location in the List, Hanover. The apartment is about 60 square meters large, bright and centrally located. It's just a short walk to the main station. In the apartment there is everything you need for comfortable living like fully equipped kitchen, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher (crockery and cutlery and all kinds of cocktail glasses) and a new bathroom with shower.
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a large sliding door closet. In the living room there is a large dining table with 6 chairs, a large sofa, a massive coffee table, and a flat screen. There is also a study, which is also fully equipped, a garden and a lot more... To keep it short, everything your heart desires is available – all you need to bring is just your clothes ;)

Puesto que estoy en el camino desde el primero de Junio 2024 voy a alquilar mi apartamento muy bonito, totalmente amueblado en una ubicación privilegiada en la parte de Hannover, que se llama List, que está justo al lado del centro de la ciudad y la estación principal. Puede ser que estaré en camino más tiempo que solo dos meses, así que tal vez podras vivir más tiempo en mi piso. Acabo de poner esté anuncio, por lo tanto, cuando estás leyéndolo puede ser que el piso todavía está libre, así que no dudes en llamar o escribir a través de What'sApp.
El apartamento es de unos 60 metros cuadrados. En el apartamento hay todo lo necesario para una vida cómoda como una cocina totalmente equipada, microondas, lavadora, lavavajillas (vajilla y cubertería y todo tipo de vasos de cóctel) y un nuevo cuarto de baño con ducha.
El apartamento tiene un dormitorio con una cama doble y un gran armario de puertas correderas. El salón tiene una mesa de comedor con 4 sillas, un sofá grande, una mesa de café masiva y una pantalla plana. También hay un estudio, que también está totalmente equipado, un jardín y mucho muuucho más ... Así que, todo lo que deseas está disponible – lo único que necesitas a llevar es tu ropa ;)
