Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit Fenstern raus zum grünen Innenhof. Sie ist in schlaf- und Wohnzimmer aufgeteilt, mit einem kleinen Flur, Bad, Küche und einem Balkon mit Fenstern (Loggia).
Die Küche ist seitens des Vermieters komplett ausgestattet. Wenn gewünscht kann eine Waschmaschine und auch Teile der Einrichtung (Sofa, balkonmöbel...) zum schlanken Kurs übernommen werden.
Sie verfügt zudem über einen großen Dachboden und einen Kellerraum.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße nahe dem lister Platz. In der Wohnung bekommt man nichts vom Lärm der Stadt mit, man ist aber schnell auf der lister Meile, wo alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Zur Ubahn sind es 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Hauptbahnhof etwa 10. die Eilenriede ist gleich uns Eck und zum Zoo benötigt man etwa 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Die Wohnung ist ab Januar 2017 verfügbar. Gegebenenfalls auch schon Mitte Dezember oder in der Vorweihnachtszeit zur Übergabe bereit. Kontakt bitte per SMS oder über WhatsApp, da ich tagsüber nicht immer telefonieren kann.
