Die 2 Zimmerwohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in Hannover Mittelfeld. Sie hat einen sehr großen schönen Balkon und eine gepflegte Einbauküche mit Elektrogeräten. Das Badezimmer ist modern und hat eine Dusche mit Glastüren. Es gibt im Keller eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine sowie einen Trockenraum für die Wäsche. Der Keller ist sehr geräumig und trocken. Einmal die Woche gibt es eine Treppenhausreinigung wodurch das Haus immer einen sehr gepflegten Eindruckt hat.
Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr ruhigen Umfeld gelegen mit 2 Supermärkten direkt nebenan (REWE, NETTO). Es gibt sehr viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Busstation 124 ist nur max. 5 gemütliche Gehminuten enfernt und die Bahnstation Stadtfriedhof Seelhorst (Linie 8) etwa 10 Minuten.
