Zimmer sind etwa gleich groß (ca. 20qm) und gehen beide vom Flur ab. Die Wohnung ist
also WG-geeignet aber auch sehr gut für Pärchen.
Ein Zimmer geht westlich zum Hof mit heller Nachmittagssonne hinaus, eines ist östlich
ausgerichtet und besitzt einen Balkon mit Ausblick auf die St. Marienkirche. Das Badezimmer
ist etwas betagt, verfügt jedoch über eine Badewanne und ein Fenster.
Die Küche wurde erst vor drei Jahren neu eingebaut und befindet sich in einem sehr guten
Zustand. Eine ausreichend große Arbeitsplatte, ein Gasherd, eine Spülmaschine,
Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierkombi, Regale sowie einen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen sind
vorhanden.
Tagsüber findet auf den Straßen ein studentisches
und interkulturelles Miteinander statt, nachts dagegen ist es angenehm ruhig.
Gleich um die Ecke ist der Engelbosteler Damm, eine nette Einkaufsstraße mit Supermärkten
(REWE und DM sind ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt), guten Cafés (24Grad), Restaurants /
Bars (Spandau), Kneipen in den Seitenstraßen und super Anbindung (Tram, Bus). Die
Straßenbahn Haltestellen Kopernikusstraße sowie Christuskirche sind fußläufig erreichbar
als auch der Nordstadt-Bahnhof und die Bushaltestelle Lilienstraße.
