Als ich Hannover verlasse, ziehe ich aus meinem komplett eingerichteten Studio-Apartment für 1 oder 2 Personen aus. Es ist perfekt für Paare. Die Wohnung steht nur Studenten zur Verfügung. Ich suche jemanden, der eine Mindestmietdauer bis 30.09.2020 vereinbart. Der Mietvertrag kann weiter verlängert werden. Sie werden Ihre eigene Küche und Bad haben. Die Möbel sind mit 2 Schränken, einem riesigen Bett (180 x 200 cm), 2 Schreibtischen, einem TV-Ständer, einem kleinen Esstisch mit 2 Hockern und viel Stauraum in der Küche und unter dem Bett ausgestattet.
Die Endmiete beträgt 756 EUR und beinhaltet alles (Heizung, Strom, WLAN, Wasser). Die Kaution beträgt 1.530 EUR. Die Wohnung ist Teil des FIZZ Hannover.
As I am leaving Hannover, I am moving out of my fully furnished studio apartment suitable for 1 or 2 people. It is perfect for couples. The apartment is only available to STUDENTS. I am looking for a someone who will agree for a minimum rental period until 30.09.2020. The rental agreement can be extended further. You will have your own kitchen and bathroom. The furniture includes 2 cupboards, a huge bed (180cmX200cm), 2 work desks, TV stand, small dining table with 2 stools and a lot of storage space in kitchen and under the bed.
The final rent is 756 EUR and it includes everything (heating, electricity, WiFi, water). The deposit is 1.530 EUR. The apartment is part of The FIZZ Hannover.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Nordstadt. Es ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle. REWE ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, auf der anderen Straßenseite. Es gibt viele türkische Geschäfte in der Umgebung und Sie können viele Restaurants in nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, da Sie das Stadtzentrum und die Universität sehr einfach und in kurzer Zeit erreichen können.
The apartment is located in Nordstadt. It is 3 min walk to the nearest tram stop. REWE is only a few steps away, across the street. There are many Turkish shops around and you can reach many restaurants in just 5-10 minutes of walking. The location is amazing as you can reach city center and University very easily and in short time.

Die Miete ist gestaffelt. Sie erhöht die Grundmiete für jedes weitere Mietjahr um 3%. Wenn Sie interessiert sind, senden Sie mir eine Nachricht und ich werde einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
