Apartment in international student dorm

I am letting go my apartment at The Fizz student's dorm for anyone interested. The apartment has kitchenette and private bathroom. It is fully furnished and you don't need to pay extra for anything (the rent is all inclusive). The building is relatively new and has many game rooms/common areas where international students usually hang out. However there are also quite rooms where you can go and study (the apartment is well isolated so if you just want to study here it is OK too)

There is also a bike parking free of charge, and if you have a car you might need to talk to the landlord for a parking spot. There are also was hing machines and all the stuff for cleaning can be rented free or at very low cost (it depends on what you need).

I'm currently living here but I'm willing to go on a short notice if you need it fast. If you decide to come and live here then you will take a new contract (minimum 6 months) directly with the Fizz.

The apartment is in Nordstadt just a street away from Ander Stragriede station and 12 minutes from Leibniz Universität.
