Hochparterre, mit Balkon zum idyllischen grünen Innenhof gelegen (Innenhof ohne Autozufahrt zur Mitbenutzung). 3 Minuten von Bushaltestelle Stolzestr. (4 Mim. bis HBF) und 10 Min. bis Braunschweiger Platz U-Bahnhaltestelle entfernt. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist super nett! Wir würden die Wohnung nicht einfach so aufgeben, wenn nicht durch ein Arbeitswechsel meines Freundes ein Umzug dringend notwendig wäre.
