Für meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung suche ich ab 01.05.14 einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei sehr geräumige Zimmer und einen großen Flur, der viel Platz für Garderobe, Schuhschränke, etc. bietet. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet und hat auch ein kleines Fenster. Von der Küche aus gelangt man auf den kleinen Balkon.
Sehr gern würde ich meine Waschmaschine und einige Küchenschränke meinem Nachmieter hinterlassen.
Des Weiteren gehören ein Keller- und ein Dachbodenabteil zu der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn Station Schlägerstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zu Hauf direkt vor der Tür. z.B. Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann, Bäcker, Kioske.
Den Maschsee erreicht man in 10 Gehminuten und auch zum Kröpke sind es kaum mehr.
Es gibt hier auch zahlreiche gute Restaurants und Bars.
