Die Wohnung wurde 2013 renoviert. Es liegt überall ein dunkles Laminat und die Wände sind durchgehend weiß.
Eine Einbauküche mit Gasherd ist ebenfalls vorhanden und kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Der Backofen ist noch neu, da von mir nicht genutzt.
Ein Waschtrockner - ebenfalls kaum gebraucht - muss übernommen werden.
Möbel können nach Rücksprache bis zum 19.04 ebenfalls übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Bis zum Maschsee sind es ca. 7 Gehminuten. Zur UBahn sind es nur 2 Minuten Fußweg. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof dauert es ca. 6 Minuten.
Da die Zimmer sehr unterschiedlich groß sind ist eine Nutzung als WG eher nicht zu empfehlen. Für eine Einzelperson oder Paar ist sie hingegen sehr gut geeignet. Job bedingt muss ichh allerdings diese Wohnung aufgeben.
