Die Bushaltestelle (Linie 121) "Stolzeszraße" liegt 2 Minuten entfernt, die Bahnhaltestelle Marienstraße ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Bus kommt alle 10 Minuten und braucht 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Die Einbauküche muss übernommen werden, sie ist nicht sehr neu, aber mit allen Geräten (Spülmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank, keine Waschmaschine) ausgestattet und sehr gut erhalten. Abschlag für die Küche beträgt 200€.
Die Wohnung wurde vor einem halben Jahr komplett weiß gestrichen, die Verwaltung lackiert alle Türen. Die Fassade ist renoviert und gedämmt.
