Unsere Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer mit 18 m2 und eins mit 14 m2." Zimmer haben Teppich und eins von den große aber PVC. Die großen liegen zu die Marienstrasse und das kleines aber zu einem Imhof. Beide Großen Zimmer haben sehr große Fenster mit viel Licht.
Die Küche ist klein aber hat genug Platz für einen kleinen Tisch und hat einen kleinen Balkon, der auch zur Imhof liegt.
Der Flur hat Laminat.
Das Badzimmer hat ein Fenster.
Der Keller ist auch sehr gross und trocken
Die Wohnung liegt fast direkt zu der Marienstrasse. Die Haltstelle Braunschweigerplatz (U-Bahnlinien 4, 5, 6 und 11) sind nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Alle fahren nach Kröpcke in 6 Minuten.
In der Nähe gibt es ein Paar Supermärkten und Restaurants.
Kröpcke ist etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder 10 mit Fahrrad.
Die Heizung kommt schon in den Nebenkosten.
Für Strom haben wir bisher (wir sind zu dritt) 40 Euro bezahlt.
