Sie verfügt über 3 Zimmer mit Parkettfußboden, Balkon, Erker mit schönem Ausblick, geräumigen Keller und ein Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne. Eine Einbauküche mit Geschirrspülmaschine und Herd/Backofen kann übernommen werden, zudem ggf. andere Möbelstücke sowie Gardinen/Plissées bei Bedarf. Allgemein ist die Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.
Von der Wohnung aus ist man in wenigen Minuten an Bushaltestelle Stolzestraße und an der Bahnhaltestelle Schlägerstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Zudem ist der Maschsee auch zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen.
Wir werden Ende Januar ausziehen, sodass die Wohnung ab Februar frei ist.
Nach Absprache kann die Wohnung gerne besichtigt werden.
