It has two spacious rooms and kitchen
and bathroom with tub. The kitchen is large and offers enough
space to fully unfold yourself. All rooms are fully furnished.
The kitchen is connected to a balcony from which you
have a very nice view over the fence-free, park-like
courtyard.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen.
In 5 Minuten ist man in der Eilenriede, in 10 Minuten am Maschsee. Ideal zum Joggen
oder Spazieren gehen. U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man auch nur 15 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt.
Zudem gibt es eine sehr gute Demeterbäckerei direkt im Haus und zwei
weitere Bäckereien mit Backstube in einem Radius von 100 Metern.
Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und freundlich und von Straße und Innenhof kommt
wenig Lärm.

In 5 minutes you reach the Eilenriede, in 10 minutes the Maschsee. Ideal for jogging
or having a random walk. Metro and bus station can also be reached in a few minutes.
By bike it takes only 15 minutes to downtown.
There is a very good Demeter bakery right in the house and two
additional bakeries in a radius of 100 meters.
The neighbors are quiet and friendly and from street and
courtyard comes little noise.
