Ich vermiete meine helle zwei Zimmer- Wohnung in der Südstadt Hannovers für 3 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung um weitere drei Monate oder kürzer. Die Wohnung ist allerdings nicht komplett abzugeben.
Diese Option ist davon abhängig, wie schnell ich eine neue Wohnung in Hamburg finde.
Wer hier Tipps hat, kann mir auch gern schreiben :)
Die Wohnung ist 62 qm groß und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht.
Sie wird für die Zeit möbliert zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Wohnung ist Bezug auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut angebunden.
Die Parkplatzsuche mit dem Auto ist hingegen manchmal etwas mühsam.
Die U-Bahn Station ist nur 1 Minute zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
Von hier gelangt man auf direktem Weg innerhalb von 5-7 Minuten in die Innenstadt bzw. zum Bahnhof. In 10 Minuten kann man auf direktem Weg in die entgegengesetzte Richtung die Messe erreichen per Bahn.
Aldi, Edeka, Rossmann und eine Tankstelle bzw. eine Eisdiele sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe.
Zudem gibt es zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants.
Der Maschsee, sowie der Wald "Eilenriede" sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Der Preis versteht sich als gesamte Miete für einen Monat inkl. Nebenkosten, Internet usw.
