Die Wohnung ist 65 qm groß und verfügt über 2 Zimmer (ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer), eine Einbauküche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Alle Zimmer haben Fenster und sind den ganzen Tag hell. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über einen Abstellraum im Untergeschoss und einen Gemeinschaftsraum zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern. Außerdem gibt es einen separaten Fahrradabstellplatz vor der Wohnung und gute Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße für Autos.
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und wird unmöbliert vermietet. Wir möchten jedoch einige Gegenstände wie Kleiderschrank, Arbeitstisch usw. in der Wohnung zum Verkauf anbieten. Wir suchen jemanden, der sie bei uns kaufen würde

A nice and spacious 2 room apartment is available in Kestnerstraße, 30159 Hannover from 01.09.2021.
The apartment is 65 qm and has 2 rooms (a big living room and a spacious bed room), fitted kitchen and a bath with Shower and toilet. All rooms have windows and is bright all day. The apartment also has a store room at the basement and a common room for bicycle parking. There is also a separate bicycle parking area in front of the apartment and good parking facilities on the road for cars.
The apartment is at second floor and is rented unfurnished. However, we would like to sell few items like Wardrobe, study table etc. in the apartment for sale. We are looking for someone who would buy them from us
