Die zentrale Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nahe Haltestelle Dragonerstraße. Suche einen Nachmieter zum 01.05.11, da ich in eine andere Stadt ziehe. Die Wohnung wird von der Wohnungsgenossenschaft Heimkehr vermietet. Die Wohnung wurde vor einem Jahr komplett neu mit PVC belegt.
Im Bad ist eine Dusche vorhanden. Die Küche verfügt über eine kleine Einbauküche mit Gasherd. Die Wohnung hat einen relativ großen Balkon mit Ausblick zum Innenhof mit großem Garten und Spielmöglichkeit für Kinder. Auch ist im Hof eine Grillmöglichkeit vorhanden.
Top Lage:
zentral aber dennoch ruhig...
Gute Bus und Bahnverbindung vorhanden. Mit der Linie 200 sind es ab Grabbestraße knapp 10 Minuten bis zur Uni. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof fährt man 5 Minuten mit der Bahnlinie 1 und 2 ab Dragonerstraße. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür.
