Sehr schön geschnittene 2 Zimmer Wohnung die sehr zentral liegt. Badezimmer ist mit Badewanne und Fenster und ein Balkon (wird gerade angebaut 3x4m) geht von der Küche ab.
Von dem Flur aus geht es rechts ins Wohnzimemr ab und von da aus gelangt man direkt ins Schlafzimmer. Links vom Flur geht das Badezimmer ab. Geradeaus von dem Flur ist eine sehr großzügige Küche. Einbauküche kann bei Bedarf übernommen werden.
Zur Straßenbahnlinie 1 und 2 sind es 7 Gehminuten und zu der Linie 6 max 10 min. Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür und es gibt reichlich Einkaufsmögöichkeiten drum herum.
Wohnung wird zum 01.05. frei. Wenn jemand das Streichen übernimmt kann er ab Mitte April die Schlüßel bekommen, zahlt aber erst ab 01.05. Miete.
