Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist ca 10 m₂ groβ, hell und voll möbliert. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Waschbecken, zwei Spiegeln, viele Regale, Kommode, Bett (das ich auf den Boden gestellt hab, um mehr Platz zu verdienen), Stuhl und Kochplatte. Badezimmer und Kühlschrank teilt man mit den anderen Mitbewohnern.
I’m looking for someone to take over my room
Room:
My room is 10 m₂ big, bright and completely furnished. In it, you will find a capacious wardrobe, a desk, a sink, two mirrors, many shelves, a chest of drawers, a bed (I put it on the floor to gain more space), a chair and a small electric stove. Bathroom and fridge are shared with the other people who live on the floor.
Die Lage ist super zentral, ungefähr 5 min zu Fuβ zum Uniplatz und zur Bib und 1-2 min zur Unterestraβe. Bismarkplatz ist auch zu Fuβ erreichbar ( 15min).
Das Haus liegt in der Nähe von der Alte Brücke ( 5min) und vor Uni Mensa ( auch 5min). Zum Einkaufen kann man entweder zum City Markt (50 meter) um die Ecke oder zum Penny in der Plöck ( 5 min mit dem Fahrrad). Im Erdgeschoss, direkt unter dem Zimmer, befindet sich das Waschraum, wo Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen.
Location
The room is in full city-centre, 5 minutes away from Uniplatz and the Central library by foot. Moreover, it is only 1 or 2 minutes away from Unterestraβe (where you can find many pubs). You could also reach Bismarckplatz by foot in only 15 minutes. The old Bridge and the central canteen are also near (about 5 min. by foot). Supermarkets are also quite near City Markt (50 metre), Penny (10 minutes by bike). On the ground floor of the building, you will also find a washing machine and a drier.
WG Leben:
Eure Mitbewohnern/rinnen sind teils Studenten , die gerade Deutsch lernen oder hier an der Uni studieren. Alle sind sehr lieb und offen. Es gibt auch einen Putzplan, der zurzeit gut eingehalten wird und eine Putzfrau kommt Montags, um die Toilette sauber zu machen.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, meldet euch ganz einfach !! ich bin jederzeit auf dem Handy oder bei E-Mail erreichbar und Besichtigungen sind sofort möglich Wenn ihr im Moment nicht in Heidelberg seid, können wir einfach skypen und ich kann alles euch erklären !!
Life on this floor:
The other people who live on this floor are for the most part students that are learning German or are already studying at University here in Heidelberg. They are very friendly and kind. There is also a cleaning-plan for the common areas, which is respected most of the time. On Mondays comes also a person who cleans the bathroom.
