After 3 years of living in this cozy and nice single-flat in the heart of the Altstadt, I am moving with my girlfriend to a larger flat, so I am looking for the new tenant.
The flat is on the ground floor and has about 35 sqm. The main room can be used as sleeping area and living room. Because of the high ceiling (3 m), the place feels pretty much like a mini loft. An elevated bed would work perfectly there (this is something I always wanted to do in the flat but never had the chance to). In addition to this, there is a separate kitchen room with a very decent size for a single-flat. The kitchen is fully equipped (herd, oven, fridge, range hood, shelves, and sink) and has space for a big table and a nice view of the backyard of the building. The bathroom has an enclosed shower and space for a washing machine (which you can buy from me, see Sonstiges). Finally, there is a bike room in the basement and a Keller that can be used by the tenant (it is half occupied with furniture from the owner, but there is enough space to put your staff).
The flat is in the Mönchgasse and is very conveniently located, i.e. very close to the Old Bridge, an Edeka supermarket and several Bus stops, and is far enough from all the crowded streets. Bismarkplatz can be reached on foot in 10-15 min and 5 min by bike or by bus. Likewise, the Altstadt Bahnhof can be reached on foot or by bus/bike in 10 min and 5 min respectively.
I have some furniture that I would like the next tenant to buy from me. This includes a washing machine, a sofa, a desk with an office chair, 4 kitchen chairs, a wardrobe, and a shelf. The price is 300 Euros for everything.
I am not the owner of the flat, so I can only show you the place and suggest interesting candidates to the landlord, which means that the final decision is his to make.
I will arrange appointments with those interested on Thursday and Friday this week (5th and 6th of March). It would be ideal if you can bring along a printed form with all relevant tenant information (ideally in German, but in English should be ok as well).
