Zwei abgeschlossene Zimmer mit 15 bzw. 16 Quadratmeter, Essküche, Bad und Terrasse.
Die Wohnung wurde vor ca. 10 Jahren saniert und ist seitdem vermietet. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Rückgebäudes und ist somit auch sehr ruhig. Von dem Verkehr in der Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage bekommt man nichts mit. Die Räume sind ca. 3,60 m hoch und verfügen über große Fenster zum Innenhof. Sicht- oder Sonnenschutz gibt es keinen. Bis jetzt haben die Mieter dann immer Vorhänge aufgehängt.
Die Wohnung wird gerade renoviert.
Zentrale Lage am Rand der Altstadt in der Nähe des Friedrich-Ebert-Platzes, fußläufig in die City oder zur Uni.
