Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem kleineren Schlafzimmer, einem Bad, einer großen geräumigen Wohnfläche inkl. Wohnzimmernische mit Fernseher und Küche. Auf dem Dachboden ist zusätzlich ein Bett, ein Arbeitsplatz und ein Kleiderschrank. Zusätzlich gibt es eine schöne Terrasse mit Ausblick.
Die Wohnung besitzt zwei Doppelbetten. Eines davon steht auf dem Dachboden, welcher nicht abschließbar ist und durch eine kleine Treppe mit der restlichen Wohnung verbunden ist. Die Wohnung ist also für eine 2er-WG geeignet, bei der eine Person in einem nicht abschließbaren Raum schlafen würde.
Die Wohnung wird befristet bis zum 28.02.2022 vermietet, eine Verlängerung ist nicht möglich. Ein früherer Auszug ist dabei flexibel möglich, wenn die Mitbewohner*innen zum Beispiel eine dauerhafte Wohnmöglichkeit finden.

Lage
Zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Universitätsplatz, 10 Minuten zum Bismarckplatz. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist etwa 3 Minuten entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 6 Minuten entfernt.

Ausstattung
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und besitzt alles Notwendige, incl. Küchenutensilien.

Preis
300€ warm je Zimmer plus Kaution von 2 Monatsmieten. Ein Zimmer hat den Vorteil, dass es größer ist, dafür nicht abschließbar.

Gesucht werden zwei Bewohner*innen im Alter von 18-30. Ihr würdet direkt über der berufstätigen Vermieterin wohnen, daher sind Partys oder ähnliches nicht erwünscht und die Nachtruhe sollte gerade unter der Woche auf jeden Fall eingehalten werden.
Anfragen bitte per aussagekräftiger Nachricht. Bitte (gerne offen und ehrlich!) beschreiben, was ihr macht, wie ihr als (Mit-)Bewohner*in seid und wie ihr euch selbst beschreiben würdet. Eine Online-Besichtigung ist aus Zeitgründen leider aktuell nicht möglich, aber ein Video der Wohnung kann gerne geschickt werden.

Apartment
The apartment is on the top floor with a smaller bedroom, a bathroom, a large spacious living area including living room niche with TV and kitchen. In the attic there is an additional bed, a workplace and a closet. In addition, there is a beautiful terrace with a view.
The apartment has two double beds. One of them is in the attic, which is not lockable and is connected to the rest of the apartment by a small staircase. So the apartment is suitable for a 2-person shared apartment, where one person would sleep in a non-lockable room.
The apartment is rented for a limited period until 28.02.2022, an extension is not possible. An earlier move-out is flexibly possible, for example, if the flatmates find a permanent place to live.

Location
Centrally located in the old town. About 5 minutes walk to Universitätsplatz, 10 minutes to Bismarckplatz. The nearest bus stop is about 3 minutes away. The nearest supermarket is about 6 minutes away.
