Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, Bad und Einbauküche. Sie liegt im Herzen von Heidelberg und besticht dadurch mit ihrer Lage, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Geeignet ist sie für eine Person (wer kuscheln will auch für zwei Personen, jedoch nur ein Paar - die Wohnung ist nicht WG geeignet) ein Kellerabteil ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Lage könnte für Heidelbergliebhaber besser nicht sein. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße direkt bei der Hauptstraße. Fußläufig ist also alles wunderbar erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es durch die Seitenstraße ruhig und man bekommt keinen Lärm der Altstadt mit.
Die Wohnung verfügt über keinen Waschmaschinenanschluss, hat aber gute Optionen zum Waschen in der Nähe. Meine Möbel würde ich gegen eine Ablöse von 1200€ an dich übergeben :)
