wir haben aus beruflichen Gründen ab dem 01.02.12 unsere schöne Wohnung weiter zu vermieten.
Die Wohnung ist direkt bei der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Stadtwerke, im Hochhaus direkt hinter dem Kaufland. Lasst Euch nicht schrecken von der Plattenbauoptik des Hauses. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt in der Whg.
Geeignet ist die Wohnung für ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson, WG tauglich ist sie nicht. 2 Zi, Bad, Küche, Balkon, Kellerraum, WaMa, Kühlschrank ist alles vorhanden und wird mit angemietet.
Also wenn Ihr Interesse habt, meldet Euch bitte per Email und schreibt kurz wer ihr seid und was ihr so macht und wie ihr Zeit hättet die Whg. anzuschauen.
Direkt vorm Haus ist die Sraßenbahnhaltestelle Stadtwerke mit den Linien 5,21,24 und den Bussen 32,33,34
