Schöne, helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Altstadt und Campus Neuenheim sind in wenigen Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung hat zwei kleine Balkons (Richtung Süden) und Laminatfußboden. Zusätzlich gehören noch ein Kellerabteil und ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz dazu. Außerdem gibt es im Haus noch eine Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine mit Trockenkeller und einen Fahrradkeller.
Die Wohnung könnte auch als WG genutzt werden, da beide Zimmer gleich groß sind.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn der Nachmieter einige unserer Möbel (Küchenmöbel mit Herd und Spüle, Kleiderschrank, Regale, ...) übernehmen könnte.
Die Wohnung wird zum 01. 01. 2013 frei.
Eine erste Besichtigung soll am 06.10.12 vormittags stattfinden.
