Ihr habt die Chance den Monat August in meiner 55qm² großen 2-Zimmer Wohnung zu verbringen. Die Wohnung besitzt alle üblichen Haushaltsgegenstände. Die Wohnung besitz einen sehr großen Balkon der in einen grünen Innenhof gerichtet ist.
You have the chance to spend the month of August in my 55sqm 2-room apartment. The apartment has all the usual household items. The apartment has a very large balcony that faces a green inner courtyard.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr durchmischt aber dennoch ruhig und angenehm. Wände sind sehr dick, also bekommt man kaum etwas mit. Alle Fenster sind zu einem grünen und ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich direkt im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes. Die Wohnung ist nur 5 Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof entfernt und eine Haltestelle mit Bus & Bahn ist direkt vor der Haustür.
The neighborhood is very mixed but still quiet and pleasant. Walls are very thick, so you hardly notice anything.
All windows face a green and quiet inner courtyard. A shop is located directly on the ground floor of the building. The apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the main train station and a bus and train stop is right outside the front door.
