Die Wohnung hat eine sehr große Küche. Einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf einen schönen Garten. Zudem gibt es einen Keller mit Kellerraum wo auch die Waschmaschine abgestellt wird und man seine Wäsche aufhängen kann. Im Haus sind sehr nette Mieter, es sind 3 Parteien. Das Bad ist etwas kleiner und sehr Altmodisch, wird jedoch Voraussichtlich nach Auszug renoviert, sodass ihr in ein komplett neues Bad einzieht...
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Anfang in Eppelheim ca. 5 Minuten von der Stadtbahn entfernt.
Die Küche ist für eine Abschlagszahlung von 500 Euro VHB zu bekommen. Außerdem können im größten Zimmer die Möbel bei Interesse komplett übernommen werden(Abschlagszahlung wird dann vor Ort besprochen).
