Da ich ab Mitte Dezember eine neue Wohnung beziehe, aber meine Kündigungsfrist noch bis Ende Februar läuft, biete ich hier eine gemütliche 2ZKB-Wohnung in Eppelheim zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Küche und evtl. das Bett würde ich in diesem Zeitraum noch überlassen.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 2min. von der Haltestelle Jakobsgasse (Linie22 nach HD) entfernt.
Die Wohnung würde ab voraussichtlich März erst einmal mit einer Innendämmung versehen werden. Das würde heißen das sie zuerst für 4-8 Wochen nicht bewohnbar wäre und auch keine Einrichtung verbleiben darf. Daher Vermietung auf Zeit.
