Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Wohnung hat zwei etwa gleich große Zimmer, ein Tageslichtbad und eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche mit EBK inkl. Backofen sowie Waschmaschine. In den Zimmern, Küche und Gang ist ein schönes Laminat verlegt.
Dazu biete ein großer Kellerraum umfangreiche Abstellmöglichkeiten. Für Fahrräder und Autos befinden sich Stellplätze vor dem Haus.
Die Wohnung ist am Ortsrand von Eppelheim gelegen, mit schönem Blick ins Grüne Richtung Pfalz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Straßenbahnlinie 22 ist in 10 min erreichbar, von dort sind es 18min zum Bismarckplatz. Auch mit dem Fahrrad gelangt man gut in die Stadt, nach meinen Erfahrungswerten aus 3 Jahren Pendelei sind es ca. 20min ins NHF und 25min in die Altstadt.
Die Wohnung kann für eine WG genutzt werden und wird es aktuell auch, allerdings ist eines der beiden Zimmer an sich Durchgangszimmer. Der Durchgang ist zur Zeit durch eine zimmerhohe Einstellwand und einen Schiebevorhang optisch komplett abgetrennt.
