Hallo,
wir sind die Vermieter dieser schönen und hellen 3 ZW mit Bad und großer Küche. Es ist eine EBK (teilweise alt) drin, die kostenlos übernommen werden kann. Die Spülmaschine ist defekt - wir könnten ggf. eine andere, gebrauchte einbauen. Das Bad wurde 2002 neu gemacht mit komplett weißen Fliesen, Badewanne und Waschbecken.
In der Küche ist PVC verlegt, ansonsten hat die ganze Wohnung original Holzdielen.
Das Wohnzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, deshalb als WG nur für 2 Personen geeignet.
Wir planen Besichtigungstermine am Samstag, 5.5. ab 15:00 Uhr und So, 6.5.
Bitte vorher anrufen, damit nicht alle auf einmal kommen.
