Das ca. 25m² große Zimmer ist sehr hell, da die Südseite zum Balkon durch 4 große, bodentiefe Fenster viel Licht hineinlässt. Der Wohnraum ist mit Echtholzparkett und Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet.
Die großzügig geschnittene Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein großes Bad (mit Dusche und Waschmaschinenanschluss. Der Flur bietet viel Platz für einen großen Schrank (gegen Ablöse). Ferner gibt es viel Stauraum in einer separaten Abstellkammer und einem Keller.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Innenhof in Handschuhsheim. Die Stadtbahn ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt (hört man nicht). In 10 Minuten ist man am Hauptbahnhof oder in der Stadt (Bismarckplatz). Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger, Friseur, Tankstelle, etc. alles in Laufweite. Handschuhsheim ist ebenso hip wie Bergheim, aber nicht so überlaufen. Super zum Wohnen und Wohlfühlen.
Eine Ablöse von 600 Euro (für Schrank, Regale, Lampen) erforderlich. Bitte nur Interessenten melden, die diese auch übernehmen. Bei Einzug möchten die Vermieter eine Kaution von 1560 Euro.
