Hallo,
meine Mitbewohnerin und ich ziehen zum 1. Januar 2014 aus unserer Wohnung aus. Die Wohnung hat 2 große Zimmer, Bad, extra Toilette und eine große Küche. Einen Kellerraum zum Sachen lagern gibt es ebenfalls. Die Wohnung ist Wg geeignet, als Pärchen kann man es sich aber auch sehr bequem machen. Die Parteien in dem Haus sind eher ruhig, was optimale Vorraussetzungen zum lernen usw. schafft. Da wir die Wohnung selbst eingerichtet haben, werden wir für gewisse Dinge (Waschmaschine, Herd, Arbeitsplatte usw...) einen Abschlag verlangen. Internet, Strom und Gasvertrag sollten ebenfalls übernommen werden. Bei Interesse Email senden!
