Die Wohnung kann bereits ab dem 1. Juli übernommen werden. Eine WG-Neugründung mit zwei Personen ist auch möglich oder ein Päarchen kann einziehen.
Du würdest in einer Wohnung im zweiten Stock eine vier Zimmer-Wohnung haben, die etwa 55qm groß ist. Die Toilette ist vom Bad getrennt. Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage, aber doch zentral in der Nähe des Hans-Thoma-Platzes. In höchstens 10min mit Rad ist man bei Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann, Penny, Postbank,... . Es ist also alles super erreichbar, inklusive Straßenbahnhaltestelle.
Einige Möbelstücke sollten gegen einen Abschlag übernommen werden.
Schreib mir eine kurze Nachricht, wenn du Interesse hast. Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank sollen gegen eine Ablöse übernommen werden.
