As I am doing an exchanging program to Israel from 24.05.2021 to 17.10.2021, I would like to sublease my wonderful flat. It would be a perfect place if you just arrive Heidelberg and need a temporary place to live in while looking for your beloved place in the future.
The room will be rent fully furnished and I will leave some daily cooking tools (toaster, coffee machine, fry-pan, pressure cooker, rice cooker, water-boiler, IH cooker, etc.)that you can use. The room also includes a cooking stove with 4 position and an Oven.
There are two rooms in this flat, a living room with a writing table, 3 chairs, one sofa bed, and a tea-table. The kitchen is also in this room. The other room is the bedroom with a semi-double bed, a bed table, a cupboard, and a washroom with shower place.
The total rent will be 805 euro/months, with everything included (water, electricity, heat, internet, but please don't waste).
Single day can be calculated by 25 euro/day. The rent will be calculated and be paid before the moving date together with the deposit.
It is located in the center of Handschuhsheim, 3 minutes walk to the closest tram station (Hans-Thoma-Platz).
There is a Penny right next to the flat and also a backery (cafe frisch).
There is also a market every Saturday morning.
There is a common wash machine which cost 50 cent per 30 minutes.
Price is negotiable if one can cover the whole period. The flat is only available for student!
