Zu Vermietendes Zimmer im 2. OG plus Hauptmieter und Dritte Person. 1. OG ist Wohnzimmer, Gang, Balkon und Küche. Gemeinschaftliche Nutzung Küche etc. ist so angedacht deshalb bitte Verständnis haben für Gäste, bzw. wechselnde Gesamtsituation.
Ist nah an der Straßenbahn, schöne Atmosphäre, öffentlichem Nahverkehr, Lidl, Aldi, Kirchheim Stadtmitte, 20 min. bis HD City, Döner, Pizza, Park etc. sind in der Nähe. Sehr gut angebundene Lage in Kirchheim.
Die Wohnung ist relativ ruhig gelegen in Kirchheim. Das Rathaus /Kirchheim Zentrum sind 5 min. entfernt. Die Anbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. Die Straßenbahn verläuft leider sehr nah an der Whg., nimmt man aber nicht zu sehr wahr. Straßenbahn 26 fährt in 20 min. in die Stadtmitte. Der Bus 33 in Richtung Rohrbach Süd fährt zum Einkaufszentrum. Mehrere Restaurants (Goldene Rose), Pizza, Döner etc. sind auch in der Nähe sowie einige Grünflächen.
