The flat is located on the first (not the last) floor and consists of:
- a dining room with kitchen annex in the centre of the apartment,
- a spacious bedroom,
- a relatively large bathroom with WC (with 2 windows)
- and a small antechamber.
Each flat also has a relatively large basement, and there is common shed for bikes and for drying clothes.
There are windows facing three sides of a flat/building.
There is a thermostat for a gas heater, so temperature regulation is easy.
The flat is furnished but the furniture (and most of the other equipment) would be paid additionally.
The flat is located in a small, quiet street. Nearby, there are 3 supermarkets, a bakery and other small shops, post office, cafes. A tram stop is directly near the flat, a train station less than 7 min away. There is a nice bike path to Bismarckplatz, cycling takes about 15 min.
If you are interested, I can show the flat during the week in the evening, or any convenient time during the weekends (weekends are preferred).
The given cost of the flat contains everything apart from electricity, internet and gas (which should be about 100 EUR). I'd prefer to pass my flat with furniture (for a reduced price). The deposit is 2 monthly rent amounts.
