The neighborhood is very quiet and the people really friendly. The landlord is helpful and understanding.
The apartment is furnished only with the kitchen cabinets and the fridge. Everything else is for sale. (total costs 800 euros).
At the entrance of the house is a small cute garden and a sheds where you can place your bike and your laundry. I have used it often as the Target location of my delivered packages, as it is very safe and protected by the rain. In the basement you have your dedicated space, where you can store whatever doesn’t fit in the apartment.

The apartment is placed in a very comfortable location, as you can find all the needed utilities in less than 5 minutes walk.
Aldi and Lidl are just 3 minutes away. The tram station (line 26, with direct access to Bismarktplaz) is only 1 minute away.
In front of the house you can find a bakery, pharmacy, butcher, DHL post station, Bank offices (Volksbank and Sparkasse ), coffee shop, all the bars you can find in Kirchheim 😁 and most importantly an amazing Italian ice cream and a Döner shop. In about 5-7 minutes of walk you can also reach to the train station Kirchheim/Rohrbach. Rewe and DM are about 10-15 minutes away.
