Wegen eines Auslandsaufenthalts biete ich meine sehr schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung von Januar 2013 bis Juni 2013 zur Untermiete.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, hat zwei große Balkone und einen eigenen Parkplatz. Sie ist super ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Balkon-Möbeln, sowie Laminat und Fußbodenheizung.
Die Wohnung eignet sich gut für eine Einzelperson oder für ein Paar. WG-geeignet ist sie nicht, da das große Wohnzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer zur Küche ist.
Meckesheim ist rund 22 km von Heidelberg, 16 km von Walldorf und 12 km von Sinsheim entfernt. Es gibt sehr gute Bahnverbindungen mit S-Bahn und Regional Express. Der Bahnhof ist in Laufnähe und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (LIDL, ALDI, REWE, PENNY, dm) gibt es in der näheren Umgebung.
Strom wird zusätzlich nach Verbrauch abgerechnet.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wohnt ebenfalls im Haus. Bei Problemen hat sie immer ein offenes Ohr.
