Wegen eines berufliche Auslandsaufenthaltes vermieten meine Freundin und ich unsere Wohnung ab dem 1.2.2015 bis 30.11.2015.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock einer Neckarvilla. Es sind etwa 48qm, verteilt auf zwei Zimmer (offen, verbunden über Raumtrenner), eine Küche, einen kleinen Flur und das WC.
Vom Balkon hat man freien Blick auf den Neckar, das Schloss auf der einen Seite und Stift Neuburg auf der anderen.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert vermietet (Möblierung siehe Bilder). Was während der Zeit noch drin bleibt, ist außerdem verhandelbar (TV etc.).

Because of job related stays abroad my girlfriend and I sublease our flat from February 1st 2015 to November 30th.
The flat is located in the third floor of a villa right in the river Neckar. It has about 48 sq.m. There are two rooms (open, connected with a room-divider), kitchen, hallway and toilet.
The balcony offers a beautiful view on the river Neckar, the castle and the abbey Neuburg.
The flat is on offer fully furnished (see pictures).
