This wonderful apartment is located on the second floor of the building offering lovely views of the neighborhood. It has a bright main room with two large windows, its own bathroom with a bathtub, a spacious kitchen, and a kellar room. You will have access to a secluded bike parking area and a beautiful garden, which you can use for gardening and barbecuing.
The apartment is located in the sought-after region of Neuenheim in a quiet but at the same time lively neighborhood. Within a 4-minute walk (or less than a minute long bike ride) you can reach the Neckar river. Bismarckplatz is 12' away on foot and 5' away by bike. The close proximity to the Universitätsklinikum Heidelberg and various departments of the University of Heidelberg (10-16' on foot, 4-6' by bike) makes the apartment ideal for people that work/study there.
Bus stops for lines 31, 39A, and 37 are reachable within less than 5' of walking and 24, 20, and 32 within less than 9' of walking.
REWE is 3' away on foot (less than a minute of biking) and LIDL is 9' away on foot (3' of biking).
Marktplatz, a vivid area with cozy cafés, bars, and a renowned street market, is 7' away on foot (3' of biking).
The table and the chairs in the kitchen (see photos) belong to the apartment. The rest are owned by me and have to be bought for 900€; these items are: the fridge with refrigerator, the oven, the stove, the washing machine, the dishwasher, and the shelves and drawers that are visible in the photos. The bed, the couch, the desk, the drawer (all three shown in the photo of the main room), and a wardrobe are also for sale for a minimal price (bed: 80€, couch: 60€, desk: 90€, wardrobe: 150€; if you buy all of them: 350€). Due to practical reasons, I would prefer someone that is interested in buying most of the furniture (of course you will inspect the items first and then decide), so please add whether you would need these items or not.
