Die Wohnung hat 3,5 Zimmer; eins ca 9qm, zwei ca 12qm und ein ca 24qm großes Zimmer. Der Balkon ist etwa 7qm groß und ist sowohl vom Großen, als auch vom einen mittelgroßen Zimmer begehbar. Die Einbauküche bietet Platz für Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine (Übernahme kann besprochen werden).
Ein Dachboden und Kellerraum gehört ebenfalls mit dazu.
Das Haus ist ca 5 Minuten vom Marktplatz Rhen entfernt. Dort befinden sich unter anderem ein REWE, zwei Bäcker, eine Apotheke und eine Eisdiele und jeden Donnerstag lädt der Wochenmarkt zum Einkaufen ein.
Die AKN-Haltestelle Meeschensee liegt 20 Fußminuten entfernt und über die A7 ist auch Hamburg schnell zu erreichen.
Wir haben hier als WG zu dritt als werdende Hebammen 2,5 Jahre gewohnt und werden nun unsere Ausbildung ende September abschließen. Wir müssen so kurzfristig ausziehen, da der Kreißsaal der Paracelsus-Klinik Henstedt-Ulzburg leider geschlossen wird und wir so leider nicht wie geplant dort anfangen können.
Die Übergabe an die Vermieterin ist ende September geplant, sodass einem Einzug am ersten Oktoberwochenende nichts im Weg steht.
