Beautiful 2 rooms appartment in Rohrbach waits for new tenants

My wife and I are leaving Heidelberg soon, but our beautiful apartment
will stay here to serve you!

The apartment is located in Rohrbach, Ortenauer Str. 24. The trams 24
and 23 are in 5 minutes walk. This is a very good, two room, 48 sq.m.
apartment with a private place in the cellar and the attic. It is
available from Dec 15 (we can arrange the time considering our demands).
The warm rent is 545 EUR, I pay for gas (hot water and heating) and
electricity about 80-90 EUR ( we are two people that constantly
consume). It is perfect for a couple.

The apt initially is not furnished, but for a reasonable price you get
all the furniture in very good conditions, cared with love by my wife
and myself.
What you can get: comfortable bed+mattress, several cabinets, leather
garniture (2 sofas, 2 armchairs), washing machine, bureau, plenty of
chairs and tables (working+kitchen), sleeping tables and commodes,
stylish lamps, working armchair, all necessary dishes, toasters,
microwave, and many small items (pictures, mirrors, flowers etc)... if
you order the full package, you get a bike as a bonus!

Another bonus of the apt. is the landlord itself - very decent guy,
speaking professional english/german - always helpful, caring immediately for
his tenants. Also the neighbours are very nice people - never producing
any noise and never complaining on us.
