15 MINUTES TO CITY CENTRE (old town)
Supermarket 10 walking minutes, tram and bus at 4 walking minutes
Absolutely safe neighborhood, tram station at 4 minutes walking distance, 10 minutes to large supermarket with restaurant, bakery and drugstore.
The tram line 24 takes you all day long, every 10 minutes, from the Heidelberg train station to Rohrbach Markt, the ride takes only 12 minutes and from there it is only a 3-minute walk to the flat.
Please see one of my last fotos for directions on how to get from the tram station to the flat.
To get to the old-town using public transport, take tram 23 until Bismarckplatz. The ride takes 13 minutes only!

To get back to the flat take tram 23 until 0:08 (midnight) or after that, take the moonliner bus M1 which takes you back to Rohrbach-Markt half-hourly or hourly (depending on your return time) until 04:38 a.m.

HOUSE RULES
By booking you and all booked tenants agree to be bound by these terms. Please inform all other tenants about these house rules. Feel free to ask questions!
► Not suitable for children (2-12 years)
► Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)
► Not suitable for pets
► No smoking
► No parties or events
► Each tenant must fill in and sign a legal registration form upon arrival.
►No unconfirmed guests or visitors – night or day. Failure results in eviction from premises without refund or - at my own discretion - 50 Euros surcharge per day for each unconfirmed guest/visitor.
► No noisy activities at all times, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Sundays and holidays.
► Tenants are liable for all damages caused during their stay including illegal Internet use.
► Please consult with me for check-in time at the latest 2 days before arrival and for check-out at the latest 1 day before departure. Latest check-out time is 12 a.m. (noon), no self-check-out!
► Always lock the flat with your key.
► Switch off the lights when not in use, turn down heating before going out and at night, open windows only 5 to 10 minutes when heating turned on, close windows before going out.
► Let in fresh air at least twice per day, especially in bedrooms and after cooking.
► Shower before 11:30 p.m. or in the morning and leave the bathroom door open after showering. Wipe out the shower and sink with a towel and remove water from the furniture/faucets. It only takes 2 minutes. Please also remove any hair from the shower and sink.
►No peeing while standing (please sit down)
►Trash separation (explained upon arrival) is obligatory.

Additonal rules for long-term stays (more than 1 week):

► Please clean up after yourself. All tenants are expected to clean all spaces roughly once per week. Otherwise, I will clean for you and charge 20 Euros per cleaning hour.

Durch eine Buchung erklären Sie sich mit allen Regeln einverstanden. Bei Fragen helfe ich gerne weiter!

►Nicht geeignet für Kleinkinder (unter 2 Jahren)
►Nicht für Haustiere geeignet
►Rauchen verboten
►Keine Partys oder Veranstaltungen
► Bei Ankunft ist von jedem Meiter das gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Meldeformular vollständig auszufüllen und zu unterschreiben.
► Keine Gäste/Besucher ohne vorherige Zustimmung (Tag und Nacht). Bei Nichtbeachtung erlischt der Mietvertrag ohne Kostenerstattung oder es erfolgt eine Nachberechnung von 50 Euro für jeden unberechtigten Gast/Besucher pro Tag.
► Auf Zimmerlautstärke achten und Ruhezeiten von 22 Uhr bis 7 Uhr, 13 bis 15 Uhr sowie an Sonn- und Feiertagen einhalten.
► Mieter haften für jeglichen während des Aufenthalts verursachten Schaden einschließlich illegaler Internetnutzung.
► Bitte vereinbaren Sie spätestens 2 Tage vor Ankunft eine Check-in-Zeit und spätestens 1 Tag vor Abreise eine Check-out-Zeit mit mir. Die späteste Check-out-Zeit ist 12 Uhr (Mittag). Keine Abreise ohne Wohnungsübergabe!
► Die Wohnung ist stets mit Schlüssel abzuschließen.
► Lichter beim Verlassen eines Raumes ausschalten, Heizung vor Verlassen der Wohnung und nachts herunterdrehen, Fenster maximal 5 bis 10 Minuten bei eingeschalteter Heizung öffnen, beim Verlassen der Wohnung Fenster schließen.
► Bitte mindestens zwei Mal täglich lüften, insbesondere in Schlafräumen und nach dem Kochen.
► Duschen vor 11.30 abends oder am Morgen, Badezimmertür nach dem Duschen geöffnet lassen. Waschbecken und Dusche nach Benutzung mit Handtuch kurz durchwischen und Möbel/Armaturen trocknen. Es dauert nur 2 Minuten. Haare aus Dusche und Waschbecken entfernen.
► Bitte nur im Sitzen pinkeln.
► Mülltrennung gemäß Einweisung bei Ankunft.

Zusätzliche Regeln für Langzeitaufenthalte (mehr als 1 Woche):
► Die Wohnung ist in sauberem und hygienischem Zustand zu halten. Alle Räume sind ca. 1 Mal wöchentlich selbst zu reinigen. Kostenpflichtige Zwischenreinigungen auf Anfrage.
