Wir (Nina und Alex) ziehen aus unserer schönen 2-Zimmer Wohnung zentral in der Weststadt gelegen aus und suchen daher Nachmieter. Bis zum Bahnhof und Bismarckplatz sind es jeweils nur 5 min zu Fuß und auch die Verkehrsanbindungen sind super (Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke). Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Aldi, Handelshof, Penny etc.).
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 44,5 m2 groß. Sie besteht aus zwei ca. 17 m2 großen Zimmern, Flur, Einbauküche, Badezimmer und einem kleinen Abstellraum. Dazu kommt ein Keller sowie Fahrradkeller. Trotz zentraler Lage, sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig gelegen, da sie in Richtung Innenhof liegen.
